The Assyrian Empire
They were bloodthirsty people, and were obsessed with war and fighting. It was a habit that they caused a lot of wars as you can tell. Their first attack was on the Akkrians and they suceeded. The Assyrians lived in the northern part of Mesopotaimia where the two main rivers were, Tigris and Euphrates, but as they won more battles they grew bigger and owned more countries. They had many wars they fell to, for example, the Babylonians defeated them after falling to them. This was because the Assyrians king Shamshi- Adad died, he was holding the whole empire together like melted chocolate. The Assyrians were wealthy and then poor and hopeless. They were horrible people killing women and children, they would also cut off heads and hang them all over cities to tell people to go away, they would also cut off body parts. So little people in a big space led them to defeat.
